Step 1: Go to CoinSwitch Kuber App and click on Recharge Wallet.



Step 2: Enter the amount you want to deposit. (Minimum 100 Rs. and Maximum 50,00,000 Rs.)


Step 3: There are 3 ways to depositing funds in the CoinSwitch app.

  1. Deposit from UPI (by selecting the available UPI app in your mobile)
  2. Direct bank deposit (via NEFT, IMPS or RTGS)
  3. Deposit from UPI (by entering payer address of your UPI)

All the 3 are explained below:


Method 1: Deposit from UPI (by selecting the available UPI app in your mobile)


Note: 

  1. Deposit is accepted only from your registered bank account.
  2. IMPS and NEFT is available 24*7 and RTGS as per banking norms. Deposits made from 1:45 am to 5 am IST may be delayed.


Select the UPI option given on the top, under recommended methods:

The app will show you all the UPI apps that are available in your device(mobile) for sending funds. Select the app from where you want to deposit.


CoinSwitch Kuber app will redirect you to the UPI app, where you need to fill funds and approve it.


Method 2: Direct bank deposit (via NEFT, IMPS or RTGS)


Select the bank transfer option given at the bottom, under other methods:


You need to send the funds to the account details given in your CoinSwitch Kuber app for deposit:

You can copy the beneficiary details and then select your convenient option for bank deposit (Net-banking/ offline deposit)


Once the deposit is made the funds will reflect in your CoinSwitch Kuber account. The time taken for funds to reflect in the account may depend based on the mode of payment made and the respective bank.


Method 3: Deposit from UPI (by entering payer address of your UPI)


Select the UPI option given on the top, under recommended methods:


Enter your UPI id(Payer Virtual Address). You can get it in your BHIM, PhonePe, ICICI, SBI, or other UPI apps.


Approve request at your UPI app. Below we have shown the PhonePe image for example.


Once this is done the funds will reflect in your CoinSwitch Kuber account.
