If you are not able to receive the OTP, try doing the following:


Phone OTP: If you are not able to receive the OTP on your mobile number then try for on-call OTP. You will receive an automated call that will share the OTP.


Email OTP: Please check if your email id is correct and you are receiving other emails. If yes, then please try once again to receive it.


Also, do check the spam/junk folder of your email,  the OTP mail sometimes lands up in that folder.


Sometimes it may also happen that your inbox is full and the emails are bounced back; so ensure your inbox has enough space to accept new emails.


Note: If you have exceeded your OTP limit, then try after 12 hrs, and if the problem persists raise a ticket for your concern and we will get back to you soon.
