You can change/de-link your registered email id, by raising a ticket and following the steps below:
1. Share your registered mobile number along with the reason to change the email id.
2. Attach a video of yourself holding your ID and PAN card along with a paper where "CoinSwitch Kuber <Today's date like 23 Aug 2020>" is written on it.
Note: The documents in this video should be the same as the documents that you initially provided during your KYC.
Also, please ensure that the details should be readable in the video and the video is non-edited.
After verifying the details we will allow you to change your email address. Once the change is approved and done the withdrawals of your registered account will remain disabled for 24 hours.
