CoinSwitch Kuber will not support any type of crypto deposits and withdrawals


1. Create a ticket with Query Type as "Crypto Deposit Refund".

NOTE: 

  • Please use the same email address that you have used to register with the CoinSwitch Kuber account.

  • Select the Query Type as “Crypto Deposit Refund" & I'm Facing Issue At as "Crypto Refund"

  • Enter the Coin Symbol for which you want to refund your crypto deposits.


2.  Mention your crypto transaction reference number in the Ticket Description( You can find the crypto transaction reference number from the wallet where the transaction was initiated from ).

  •  Mention the wallet address where you would want the refund to take place.

Note that the destination wallet address should belong to you.

 

3. Upload a video in the following format in the support ticket by clicking on "Attach A File"

  • Your face should be clearly visible in the video
  • You should hold the ID card submitted to CoinSwitch Kuber during KYC in your hand while taking the video and the document should be clearly visible
  • Record the video with the below declaration :

 

“My name is ABC ; I hereby declare that I have sent X Count of Y currency to my CoinSwitch Kuber Wallet from my Z1 wallet/account.

    Please refund the above-said crypto to Z2 wallet. I hereby declare that the Z2 wallet belongs to me only.

All the above-mentioned information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.”

    Where 

    X refers to the exact count of the cryptocurrency being deposited

    Y refers to the exact cryptocurrency

    Z1 refers to the source of the wallet from where cryptocurrency is being deposited

   Z2 refers to the wallet where the crypto currency should be refunded.


Example: 

“My name is ANAND KULKARNI ; I hereby declare that I have sent 5 Doge coins to my CoinSwitch Kuber Wallet from my Binance wallet. 

Please refund the above-said crypto to my CoinBase wallet.

I hereby declare that the CoinBase wallet belongs to me only.

All the above-mentioned information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.”




4. Upload the screenshot of the destination wallet app/exchange which clearly shows the wallet address and that you own that wallet.



We will process your ticket once you have uploaded the video and kindly give us 2-3 days for your amount to be refunded.
