If you forgot to use a Tag OR Memo (e.g. BNB, XLM, XRP, EOS etc.,) or used an incorrect one, then your deposit will not be credited automatically. 

In cases where the memo is miss or wrongly entered you need to contact CoinSwitch Kuber support team with the transaction hash, image of the deposit you made from the wallet(not the image of explorer). 

What is a transaction hash?

A crypto hash (or the tx/transaction ID) is a unique address of your transaction in a blockchain. Mostly, the hash is a combination of digits and lower case (upper in Ripple) letters that represents a proof that money is sent. 

Where do I find transaction hash?

Whenever you make a payment, you receive a hash displayed in your wallet from where you sent the coins from. Hash should be located in a blockchain via explorer. Our support team may ask you to provide a hash. Sometimes it’s required to find your payment and resolve your issues if any.

What can I do if I am unable locate transaction hash in sender wallet?

Please contact the support team of the wallet from where the funds were sent, they will help you navigate to the transaction hash in the wallet. 

Deposit to an incorrect address:
If you have sent your tokens to an incorrect address, we will not be able to assist you as the other address is not in our control. . To resolve this, you should contact the owner of the address or exchange/platform where you have accidentally sent the deposit.
