Why is the buy/sell option disabled on my account?
- The buy/sell option may be disabled during app maintenance
- We'll make sure to notify you in these instances.
- You will also be able to see the notification on the homepage of the app.
If you find that there is no app maintenance underway, yet you are facing this issue, create a support ticket. We will assist you.
I am unable to trade and the error message says, "PAN status is unavailable/invalid".
Is your trading disabled, and do you see an alert that says, "We are unable to process this trade as your PAN status is unavailable/invalid. Please ensure your PAN is valid and try again"?
If so, follow the steps below:
- Check your PAN status, here.
- If it is active, create a ticket, and share the screenshot of your active PAN status as an attachment. We will enable your trading after validating your PAN details.
- If it is inactive/invalid/unavailable, please get your PAN status updated by the IT Department and share your valid PAN card with us.
