1. Background

Bitcoin Pizza Day is celebrated on May 22nd each year to commemorate the first documented real-world transaction using Bitcoin in 2010. On this day, Laszlo Hanyecz bought two pizzas for 10,000 Bitcoins, which is now considered one of the most expensive pizza orders in history. This event highlights the early adoption and value of Bitcoin as a decentralized digital currency.

To celebrate the BTC Pizza Day, CoinSwitch presents a very special giveaway wherein we’re giving away Domino’s Pizza Vouchers worth INR 50,000.

6. Terms & Conditions:

You agree that, by participating in this giveaway, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all giveaway eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use of CoinSwitch to which you agree by participating in this giveaway.

  1. The giveaway is only applicable / available for Indian residents with an active KYC verified account on CoinSwitch.
  2. The giveaway is limited to all CoinSwitch registered users who are above the age of 18. Participants are bound by these Terms & Conditions by participating in the contest. By participating in the contest, users agree to participate in the contest  in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a contest or to participate in the contest in any other manner. Users may not participate in the contest where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
  3. Entries received between 22nd May, 2023, 10:00AM and 22nd May, 2023, 11:59PM will be considered as valid (“Contest Period”).
  4. There would be 100 winners in total. The giveaway prize is limited to Domino’s Pizza Vouchers worth INR 500 each. (”Prize”). Only 100 lucky winners will be announced on 26th May, 2023 at 8:00PM - via CoinSwitch’s official social media handles (Instagram & Twitter). Note that the drawing for selection of the winners of the giveaway will be governed under Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions. Prizes shall be credited to winners’ Instagram or Twitter via DM . 
  5. Your comments/posts are public and CoinSwitch has no responsibility or control over any usage of the data posted by you for the giveaway by any third party/individual including any other viewer/user.
  6. This giveaway is not sponsored by Instagram or Twitter  or any third party. CoinSwitch is solely responsible for the giveaway.
  7. Any disputes under the giveaway shall be subject to the laws of India and the courts of Bangalore.
  8. By entering the giveaway, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for CoinSwitch and accept our Privacy Policy.
  9. Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this giveaway. By entering this giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.
  10. The drawing for selection of the winners of the giveaway will be aggregated at the end of the giveaway Period at CoinSwitch’s sole discretion. We will notify the selected winner through CoinSwitch official Instagram and Twitter following the selection ("Notification Date"). The procedure of claiming the Prize will be as instructed by CoinSwitch.
  11. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the giveaway within the time period communicated by CoinSwitch, or does not fulfill the giveaway requirements, he/she/it shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
  12. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the Terms & Conditions or cancel the giveaway at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the giveaway should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the giveaway or submission of entries or as we otherwise deem fit.
  13. We are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (ii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway; (iii) any error in the operation or transmission, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website. Additionally, if your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void.
  14. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits / Prize shall be entertained.
  15. You agree that all our decisions related to the giveaway are final and binding on you.
  16. By participating in the giveaway, you give CoinSwitch and/ or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the giveaway and any promotions, events, or giveaways to follow. You agree that CoinSwitch and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or giveaways that follow. You agree that CoinSwitch and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release CoinSwitch and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to CoinSwitch and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the giveaway and any promotions, events, or giveaways to follow.
  17. This giveaway is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this giveaway is voluntary. By participating in the giveaway, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless CoinSwitch, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to CoinSwitch. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this giveaway, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the giveaway, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence or default.
  18. All information submitted in connection with this giveaway will be treated in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

7. USER BACKGROUND CHECK

Rewards are subject to verification. CoinSwitch may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation. CoinSwitch may also refuse to verify and process any transaction CoinSwitch deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on CoinSwitch, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of CoinSwitch's decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a qualified user, or Reward is verified. 

8. CAUTION

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COINSWITCH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.


Domino’s Electronic Gift Card (EGC) - T&Cs

  1. Domino's Electronic Gift Card (EGC) are available for any denomination between INR 100 and INR 500.
  2. Domino’s EGC can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India Mobile Apps/Mobile Website (PWA)/Desktop Website.
  3. Domino’s EGC can be used multiple times till 100% of the amount is utilised, however this must be redeemed within the validity period and the unredeemed balance in the card will be forfeited after its validity period.
  4. Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Once E-gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
  6. No refund will be made for any lost E-gift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance.
  7. Maximum one EGC can be used per order.
  8. Balance can be checked from the website www.dominos.co.in/gift-vouchers/balance-enquiry.
  9. Jubilant FoodWords Limited’s maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e gift card.
  10. Redemption will happen on Domino’s digital assets i.e. Mobile APP/ Mobile Website (PWA) & Desktop website. In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
  11. Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
  12. Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable).
  13. EGC validity is for 180 days from the date of issuance.

  15. EGC Card is not applicable in case of advance ordering.
  16. Domino’s EGC is a bearer’s property. Jubilant Foodworks Ltd or Domino’s Pizza India will not responsible if a EGC is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  17. Jubilant FoodWords Limited (JFL) at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of EGC, without any prior notice.
  18. The company reserves its right to amend these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
