Have you made an INR pay-in, but it is not reflecting in your CoinSwitch User Account?
For the pay-in to be successful, ensure you transfer money from the bank account registered with CoinSwitch (To find the registered bank account: Profile > Bank Details).
You can currently pay-in money into your CoinSwitch User Account through bank transfer via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS.
- If the pay-in is attempted from a registered bank account through IMPS/NEFT/RTGS:
- Please give us a couple of minutes to process the transaction and re-check your User Account.
- In most cases, the amount will be credited to your User Account instantly.
- In a few rare cases, there might be a delay, and it can take a maximum of 48 working hours for your User Account to be credited.
- You will receive an app notification, SMS, and email as soon as your User Account is credited.
- If the pay-in attempt has been made from an unregistered bank account, the pay-in will be rejected/failed as it is an unauthorized account.
- If rejected: You will receive an SMS with the reason for rejection and the amount will be refunded in 48 to 72 working hours.
- If failed: As the transaction failed from your bank's end, the amount will be manually refunded in 7 to 10 working days.
