You can do a direct bank transfer by adding the account details you see in the 'Bank Transfer' section of the Payment screen to your payment app.
Unfortunately, we currently do not support UPI payments at the moment-
1. You cannot use UPI apps (Google Pay, BHIM, PhonePe, etc) to transfer to the CoinSwitch account as it does not support direct UPI deposits.2. You cannot use PayTM bank to transfer to the CoinSwitch account as PayTM uses UPI as a default mode for transfer and UPI transfers are not supported on this account.
Please use a Bank Account that supports IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS to use the 'Bank Transfer' mode of payment. Some examples are HDFC, IDBI, ICICI, AXIS, etc.
Note: If you make a mistake in the bank account number, you might end up depositing money in someone else's account. Please double-check before you add the CoinSwitch account as a beneficiary.
