The reason for not being able to make transactions from the UPI mode of deposit could be because of the following reasons:
- You’re attempting to make a deposit using an unregistered UPI ID. In this case, please ensure to deposit from your registered UPI ID.
- Your bank is not allowing you to make the payment to that particular PG. In this case, you would need to contact your respective bank.
- Your UPI limit has been breached. You might have crossed the daily UPI limit set by the bank.
