You may not be receiving a login OTP due to one of the following:
1. The CoinSwitch app is not updated to its latest version.
2. You are using a VPN on your device.
3. Your mobile network is unstable or weak (if your mobile network is stable, and you still aren't receiving OTPs, check if you receive SMSes from other service providers).
4. You have reached your maximum OTP limit of 6 OTPs in 12 hours.
You can also try using Call OTP by clicking on the "Resend OTP" option. Here's how:
a. Click on 'Resend OTP'.
