This usually occurs if the CoinSwitch app is not updated to its latest version. If the app is updated and you still are unable to enter the PIN, follow these simple steps:
STEP 1:
From the PIN screen click on the "Need Help" button which is there at the right top corner
STEP 2:
Click on the "Logout" button from the message box.
STEP 3:
Log in again and see if you are able to enter the PIN.
If the issue continues please uninstall and re-install the app, and try to log in. If the issue persists, kindly contact our support team.
