How can I change my registered phone number?
To change your registered mobile number, create a ticket with the details below.
1. The new mobile number you want to use.
2. The reason for the mobile number change.
3. Your Video KYC as an attachment.

Note:
1. No existing CoinSwitch account should have been priorly linked to your new mobile number.
2. In case you've got a new mobile number, do not attempt to create a new account or begin the KYC process with the new number. This is to avoid the creation of duplicate accounts with the same KYC documents. Instead, please reach our Support requesting a mobile number change. We will do the needful.
3. Once we validate the information and process your mobile number change request, the withdrawals from your registered accounts will be disabled for 24 hours for security reasons.
4. CoinSwitch account can be operated only from India. Therefore, if you move outside of India, please note that you will be not able to change your mobile number and continue operating your account.
