To change your registered mobile number, please raise a ticket with the support team with these details:
1. The new mobile number you want to use
2. The reason for mobile number change
3. Send a video of yourself holding the PAN card as well as a paper with the words "CoinSwitch & date mentioned in DD/MM/YYYY" format on it.
The PAN card should be the one which was submitted during the KYC verification, and details should be readable in the video. Also, ensure that the video does not exceed 20MB. The new number should not be a registered number with CoinSwitch.
Once we validate the information and process the request, the withdrawals from your registered accounts will be disabled for 24 hours, you should then be able to withdraw your funds.
