This may happen when the documents you've uploaded for verification have only partially cleared the KYC verification.

1. Reason for changing basic details.
2. A video of yourself holding the original PAN card as well as a paper with the words "CoinSwitch & date mentioned in DD/MM/YYYY" format on it. The PAN card should be the one which was submitted during the KYC verification, and details should be readable in the video.
Also, please ensure that the video does not exceed 20MB.
