Why do I see my name while initiating a bank transfer?

• Each user is assigned a unique system-generated user reference ID.
• All the transfers that a user initiates are linked to this ID.
• This reference ID includes the user’s name.

Why are the current account details of CoinSwitch not shared?

• We share a unique user reference ID with each user.
• The ID will be linked to CoinSwitch’s accounts.
• This helps us to identify individual transfers made by respective users.
