What is CoinSwitch Pro (CS Pro)?
CoinSwitch Pro is our new advanced trading desktop platform. CS Pro offers advanced analysis tools, charting, and better prices. It gives you an option to choose between multiple exchanges to place your orders.
CS Pro is currently available only in the web version. As it is a beta launch, at present, CS Pro supports only Limit Orders and more order types will be added soon. Right now, only selected currencies are supported on CS Pro and more will join soon.
How to log in to CS Pro?
To log in to CS Pro, all you need is an active CoinSwitch Kuber account. If you are already an existing user of the CoinSwitch mobile app, simply use your credentials to log in to CS Pro. In case you are a new user, please download the CoinSwitch Kuber mobile app, complete your KYC, and add bank account details to start trading on CS Pro. Existing mobile app users need not provide KYC again for CS Pro.
In case you forgot your PIN, you can easily reset it following the steps on the CoinSwitch app. Kindly note that you can only reset your PIN only 1 time, in 24 hours. If you enter more than 3 wrong PINs on Cs Pro, your account on both desktop and mobile app will be blocked for 12 Hrs. In case of any further issues, connect with support and we will ensure that your issue is resolved.
Once you have successfully logged in, you can view your portfolio and account history. Your CS Pro portfolio is the same as that on the CoinSwitch Kuber mobile app. It lists down all the assets that you have.
Trading and fee on CS Pro:
You can start trading on CS Pro with as low as INR 100, and you can trade up to a maximum amount of INR 10,00,000. You can see the fee percentage and detailed fee breakup while placing an order. However, all deposits and withdrawals currently happen only on the Coinswitch Mobile app. You can deposit a minimum of Rs 100 and a maximum of Rs 50,00,000 on CoinSwitch Kuber in a day. You can withdraw a minimum of Rs 100 and a maximum of Rs 2,00,000 on CoinSwitch in a day.
All the orders that are executed on the exchange come under trade history. Only the most recent trades are shown in the table. The order book has all the open orders on the exchange. Only the top Buy and Sell orders are shown in the Table. All the executed orders placed by you come under Order History. All the orders placed by you, which are still under execution are shown in the Open Orders table. Any locked balance, the balance that is locked in the form of open orders, can not be used for trading. You can delete your open orders from the My Open Order section. However, please note that deleting an order does not guarantee that the order will be canceled for the cases when it is already executed on the exchange. Moreover, an order expires automatically if it is still open after 90 days of placing it. The allowed range of a Limit Order is up to +/- 50% of the current price. In case you place an order outside this range, you will receive a high limit price deviation error.
