How to download an invoice?
To download the invoice, watch the video or follow the simple steps below.
- Go to the "Portfolio" page and click on "Orders".
- Under the "History" tab, tap on the transaction for which you want to download the invoice.
- Click on "View Details" and select "Download Invoice".
- Click on "Yes, Download" and select "ALLOW".
- Your invoice will be downloaded successfully onto your device.
I am unable to download invoice
Follow the simple steps below.
- Clear the data and cache of the app.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Kill the app and relaunch it. Basically, remove the app from the background and reopen it.
Note: It takes 48 hours from the order execution time for the invoice to get updated.
