Fund reversals are usually initiated due to one of the following scenarios:
The name on the trading account does not match the name on the bank account from which funds were transferred.
While initiating a transfer, the 10-digit account number was not provided or was entered incorrectly.
Upon failure to provide Swift copy (Bank statement/ Transaction receipt) to support team within 7 working days.
Please note that for fund reversal, an additional third-party charge of $30 will be applicable.
