There are no limitations on the price of US Stocks. However, the maximum limit price for a buy limit order can be equal to the current market price. Whereas, the minimum can be as low as 0.01 USD.
For the sell limit orders, the minimum price would be set to the current market price and there is no cap for the maximum price.
In case the market price doesn't meet the set limit price conditions till 90 days, the order gets expired.
Also, users can cancel the placed limit orders in case the orders are in pending status or available under 'Open' in Orders & History.
