In case your bank verification has failed despite providing all the necessary details, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us by creating a ticket.
2. Select the product as 'Crypto' and Query Type as 'Bank Details > Bank verification failed/Pending'.
3. With the ticket, please attach a photo/screenshot of your bank statement, the front page of your bank's passbook, or a cancelled cheque.
Note: Ensure that your full name, bank account number, and IFSC code, are clearly visible on the photo.
